It didn't take long to discover that the cafeteria food was monotonous. We knew what type of food they would be serving each day of the week...Monday Italian, Tuesday Mexican, Wednesday Indian, Thursday Chinese, etc. Even though the menu indicated a different international meal daily...all the food tasted the same! I really don't know how they managed to
do that! On top of the monotony of taste, the food was way over spiced, either spicy hot or an excess of strong tasting spices.
So I decided to start cooking at home again. I still didn't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen so I turned to Epicure with its fast, flavourful and economical meal solutions and seasoning mixes (all gluten free). I can make a meal in about 20 minutes now. I'm
happy and my husband always says, "Wow! This is tastes great! How did you make it so quickly?" And so I am in the kitchen again, but it feels like a luxury because I have both time and good food.
