Dear ,
Our guest speaker at the SoCal Chamber Dinner, Jorge Hernandez, was a smash hit!
Jorge was scheduled to speak on social media for only 30 minutes; however, within about 20 minutes of his talk, the first question came in.
Then question after question followed... and they kept coming and coming...
An hour later, we had to wrap it up, but we could have gone on all night long.
Anyway, during his talk, Jorge recommended a book that every business owner should read:
Building a StoryBrand by Donald Miller
I haven't read this book, but plan on it. I suggest you consider doing the same.
From the Amazon page:
"The StoryBrand process is a proven solution to the struggle business leaders face when talking about their companies. Without a clear, distinct message, customers will not understand what you can do for them and are unwilling to engage, causing you to lose potential sales, opportunities for customer engagement, and much more.
In Building a StoryBrand, Donald Miller teaches marketers and business owners to use the seven universal elements of powerful stories to dramatically improve how they connect with customers and grow their businesses."
I trust Jorge's recommendation and sure it will be well worth it.
Until next time...
And, remember, K.I.C. (Keep It Coptic).
