We're hiring! The dynamic team at Chamberlain Property Advocates needs more passionate property lovers, auction addicts, open inspection junkies and people who just love to help others buy or sell property.

While a passion for real estate goes without saying, you do also need to have a current Certificate IV qualification or equivalent Agent Representative qualification in Victoria, and if you're located in New South Wales or Queensland that's fine - we're expanding into those states so relevant qualifications are required there too.

You also need to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident legally entitled to live and work in Australia.

If you tick those boxes and the thought of spending your day helping people to buy or sell their homes sends a shiver of excitement down your spine, we really should talk.

Wendy's Tips

Let me share a recent client's success in working with us to buy her dream home.

We found a home that she fell in love with. It was going to auction but we managed to secure that home for her five days before the auction.

Now, one of the key things about working with a buyer's advocate is that we know exactly what needs to happen, what ducks need to be lined up, and how to line those little duckies up very quickly!

So, five days before the auction we put our offer together and presented it to the real estate agent. There were two other people interested in attending the auction. Another person still needed to get their building and pest inspection done. But because we had put our offer in, we caught that person on the hop.

They were not prepared! They wanted to go ahead with their offer but they couldn't get their building and pest inspection done in time. So by engaging a property advocate our client was able to buy their dream home before it went to auction, and cut out the competition.
