weekend. Here's what's up this week!
🤲 Monday, October 23rd, 6-8pm: Last night of Devi Navaratri! We will have abhisheka with the water that has been prayed over all week, plus mantras, arati, and more. Feel free to stop by, even if you can't stay for the whole ceremony.
🪷 Tuesday, October 24th
6:30-8pm: Conscious Wellbeing with Dr. Deepak Chopra. This event is sold out, but we do have a few extra spaces. Respond back to this email if you would like to attend, and you can also join via Zoom here.
🌿 Wednesday, October 25th, 6pm: Our favorite, sustainable, all-natural, pure, Nordic inspired, clinically tested for sensitive skin, amazing skin care brand Aevi is hosting an event in the temple. The Aevi products are truly excellent, thoughtfully produced in small batches, and super effective for skin problems. We'll have a yoga class taught by me, mini-facials with Aevi products, and vegan snacks. Respond to [email protected] to attend!
🌬️ Thursday, October 26th, 4pm: NEW Class in effect! Pranayama and light asanas to refresh the mind and body mid-day. This is a 50-minute class, in-person and online. Register here.

October 28th, is the full moon, so there will be no classes, including Yoga Asana Sangraha.
🏋️♀️ Sunday, October 29th, 8:30-10:15am: Pranayama, Primary, and some Intermediate. This is a longer class, and a little on the challenging side, if you are looking to energize yourself a bit on a Sunday morning. Register here!
👚 Monday, October 30th, 6:30-8:30pm: SKY TING +
BROOME STREET new min-capsule collection releasem, which includes the Broome Street line's first cut and sewn product, practice shorts made in collaboration with Torborg Hardwin. These are defo my new favorite shorts, and I've been wearing mine almost
everyday. Love them. Sky Ting owner Krissy Jones and I will co-teach a class, and there will be, of course, vegan snacks. The cost of the class includes a tee-shirt, and the long sleeves and cut and sewn shorts will be available as well. There are 10 spots left for this class. Register and pre-order your shirt here!
