Have a Great Weekend!

Published: Fri, 12/11/20

Did you ever wonder where Friday got its name from? Friday is named after Norse goddess Freya or Frigga, wife of Odin. She is the goddess of everything creative and beautiful. You can think of her as similar to Greek goddess Aphrodite and Roman goddess Venus. And if the name Odin sounds familiar, it’s for a good reason. :-) Wednesday is named after the wise Norse god Odin, who legend has it, gave one of his eyes to receive the knowledge of the universe.

But we are going on a tangent. We just wanted to send you all a quick email to fill you in on a couple of fun things going on at the studio:

1. Starting this week, Monday December 14, we now have two additional classes, YES Flow™ and MiloFit™.  So the schedule is now as follows:

Tuesday 10:05 a.m. – Spartan Mind Strength™

Tuesday 6:05 p.m. – Spartan Mind Strength™

Wednesday 10:05 a.m. – Power Yin™

Wednesday 6:05 p.m. – YES Flow

Thursday 10:05 a.m. – MiloFit™

2. We are now able to add private training again. You can register here: Personal Training Package

3. As someone who suffered for years from acne and found the Ayurvedic solution that actually works, I am now sharing this life-changing information on Sunday December 20 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST

You can attend in person at the studio, or online. Register here: Ayurveda for Acne

Speaking of the Norse, one last piece of food for thought from them: The cautious guest who comes to the table speaks sparingly - Listen with ears - Learn with eyes - Such is the seeker of knowledge.

Happy Friday! Have a wonderful weekend! And don't forget to listen to our podcast, PaleoAyurvedaPodcast.com!
