Here are 5 Valentine's Day activities to help you feel + share the love today in a REAL way:
1. List 3 things you like about yourself + post it somewhere you see it, every day
2. Make a gratitude list. If someone makes your list, tell them why you’re grateful
3. Shut down your screens and unplug for at
least 30 minutes today
4. Plan a date night - with your partner, a friend, or even solo, make a plan you look forward to
5. Take time to pause and spend time outdoors. Let go of what’s on your mind and jump into all of the beauty happening around you!
