After arriving in Houston, Ms Melinda and I took a bunch of readers on an escape room adventure. And we had so much fun we all came back to do another room the next day! (Big thanks to Sarah, Sierra (aka Mel), Valerie, Stephanie, and the two Michelles for making this such an awesome experience!)

Day three, Ms Melinda and I went out to get sharpies for the book signing and our rental car blew a tire in the Target parking lot. Then we had to go get a new one from Hobby Airport. It added an, uh, unexpected side quest to our BLC adventure.

The book signing itself! This is me with my only slightly over-the-top table display. I was sitting next to the fabulous Cynthia D'Alba, who brought her lovely and extremely hunky cover model Shane with her.
