Mae angen Gyrwyr Gwirfoddol arnom hefyd i gludo'r cerbyd o Fetws i Gerrig ac yn ôl yn ystod yr wythnos. 

Ar ôl sefydlu’r apwyntiadau gyda meddyg teulu, gellid defnyddio’r cerbyd ar gyfer rhoi sylw i anghenion “llesiant” eraill gan ddibynnu ar argaeledd y cerbyd a’r gyrwyr gwirfoddol.

Law yn llaw â’r prosiect yma, byddem yn hoffi edrych ar sut gallai’r cymunedau lleol helpu hefyd i wella cludiant o’r cartref i ysbyty gan ddefnyddio gyrwyr gwirfoddol yn y car a hefyd yn ceir eu hunain.

    We are going to be based in both Betws-y-Coed Surgery and Cerrigydrudion Surgery where the vehicle will be shared and used to provide vulnerable people who are already unable to arrange any transport to access their GP appointments.

Betws- Tuesday and Wednesday

Cerriydrudion- Thursday and Friday

We need Volunteer Drivers to also transport the vehicle from Betws to Cerrig and back during the week.

    Once we have the GP appointments up and running, the vehicle could be used for accessing other “wellbeing” needs depending on the availability of the vehicle and the volunteer drivers. Going hand in hand with this project, we would like to look at how the local communities could also help improve home to hospital transport using volunteer drivers in the car and their own cars.
