During the 2020-2021 school year, you filled out a registration form indicating that your child would be attending private school for the first time in the 2021-2022 school year.

This form collected some basic information about your child so that you could start soliciting donations and receive communications from us.

A SCHOOL TUITION ORGANIZATION CANNOT AWARD, RESTRICT OR RESERVE SCHOLARSHIPS SOLELY ON THE BASIS OF A DONOR’S RECOMMENDATION. A TAXPAYER MAY NOT CLAIM A TAX CREDIT IF THE TAXPAYER AGREES TO SWAP DONATIONS WITH ANOTHER TAXPAYER TO BENEFIT EITHER TAXPAYER’S OWN DEPENDENT.
