I talk a lot about exercise and the health benefits of
movement as a Physiotherapist, but there is another aspect of health and wellness that I take seriously that I don't share as much about, until now!
With the online wellness company that I have partnered with, there are 3 amazing Nutrition Programs available. I have tried all of them and can support anyone when they decide to commit to one.
My absolute favourite is called 2B Mindset and we have a group committing to start 2B Mindset in March.
2B Mindset is for you if you can relate to
