You’re invited to the 12 Days of Fitmas - a FREE, 12-day challenge to commit to some fitness + fun during what may be the busiest 12 days of your year
leading to Christmas. For 12 days (📅 starting Monday, November 27th), we will be counting down to Christmas by building a fitness circuit, healthier holiday treats, and lots of fun in my Free Community Page. Each day I will challenge you to complete a move for one minute- building up to a 12-minute workout! Each day there will also be a daily check-in to keep you accountable for your fitness all season long! The workouts are equipment free - just you, a safe space to move + maybe a towel
to wipe off the sweat after you SLEIGH each day of this challenge! đź’Şđź’¦

From me, you can expect a morning post where you can check in with your #sweatyselfie each day. Along with my check-in post, we will have holiday recipes, tips, motivation, etc. to keep things
festive and fun! You will be expected to check into the group daily - the BEST way to get the most out of the community is to stay engaged!
