I'm so pumped to announce my summer program + plan to commit with my clients this July!
BODi LAVA is a 6 week, no equipment necessary, challenge where we'll move our bodies, up
our mobility, and rebuild our strength in just 20 minutes a day. It’s created by the one and only Elise Joan, barre, yoga, movement and mindset extraordinaire, and is available to my clients on Thursday, June 27th!
Here’s my plan to glow up this summer (you can reply MEJUNE to do it all with me):
● Sign up on June 27th and start the prep program Elise designed for us
● Begin quick check ins on my nutrition + learning the meal plan I’ll be following
● Start Day 1 on July 8th and
commit to 6 weeks through August 16th
● Check in each day with those who committed with me
● Drop my weekly progress stats for accountability
And did I mention there is NO equipment needed? So if you’ve already thought of a reason why you CAN’T follow this plan... try again. Let’s start putting in the work to a plan you can follow through ANY season!
