I conceptualized an adaptation of accommodating resistance and put it into action this week and I was really happy with how it went, so I want to share it with you in case it will help you.

After experiencing how much accommodating resistance has helped in my Press, Squat and Deadlift, I wanted to apply it to Dumbbell Bench.
I've done Dumbbell Bench with bands before, but I hate the way it feels and frankly, this method felt a lot better and less risky.
Naturally, after shooting and uploading this video, I found several talking about using
chains on Dumbbell Bench, but I honestly think the method I share is less cumbersome.
Either way I think it's gonna help my Dumbbell Bench Training immensely!
