Last week, I found a video buried on my phone that
I wanted to share with you.
Chain Triceps Extensions
I really love this and other movements for Triceps using Chains, because resistance is lower and the bottom (where I feel all the tension in my elbows) and resistance is higher at the top (where I feel less pain).
I really have to be careful about how much volume I put on my triceps, because all of the stress ends up right on the tip of my elbow, at the end of the triceps tendon.
I actually overdid it a bit on Monday with JM Presses, and I'm still paying for it, so I've been stretching, rolling and rubbing the hell out of my triceps, tendons, and elbows ever since.
If you feel this same accumulated tension, then adding chains to your Triceps implements might be a good idea.
Naturally, you don't need a giant mass of chains, like I use in the video. You can use dumbbells or an EZ Bar or straight barbell and add a smaller quantity of chain to it and just find the right balance for you.
Also, I
noticed that for some reason I left August of Arms out of my store, last year, and I just got that added today, and I put it on sale for $20 off for the next 3 days.

I have some really
cool ideas of how to modify the 2024 version of August of Arms, and as always, if you bought a past version of August of Arms, all you have to do is forward your receipt to me, in July, when I put the new version of AOA out, and you'll get an additional $10 off.
So here's today's links one more time:
