Let me tell you something, brotherrrrr.
From May until December, last year, I was having some serious issues with my right leg.
It started with this tight spot on my outer thigh.
Before I knew it, if I jumped in the truck and drove up to grab groceries, after 10 minutes my right leg felt like it was ON FIRE!
Sitting around playing Mario Kart, showing my daughter how the MASTER plays battle mode, I would have to get up and walk around in between bouts.
In May, during a mini-vacation, I kept having to lift my butt up off the seat every 10 miles.
It was insane.
That got old quick, so I put together my
own little rehab routine.
It took about 6-7 months, but today, those issues are gone, and this week, I put up a video covering the whole thing, and it's on my channel for fr ee.

this isn't the kind of stuff I put out, but that pain I was going through last year was terrible, and I don't want anybody going through that.
