As I've mentioned many times, I've been doing a Conjugate Training type of Program since January of 2023 and I've absolutely loved the experience, since diving in with tons of research and applying it to my workouts.
This week, we tested out Rack Pulls from the bottom knee tendon height.
Evan actually whooped my ass on the ME portion of it, but we did a complete about face when we switched to 5 sets of 5!
