Hunter Hutchins
McIntyre Elder Law wants to introduce our Communications Director, Hunter Hutchins. Hunter is responsible for recording legal
documents, answering inbound phone calls for our offices, and scheduling appointments for our attorneys.
In her spare time, Hunter enjoys being with her family and friends. Hunter currently lives in Forest City, North Carolina and will be attending Appalachian State University to study Communication Sciences and Disorders.
McIntyre Elder Law would like to introduce Communications Specialist, Allura Westberry. Allura is originally from "Soda City" aka
Columbia, SC, and went to Coastal Carolina for her degree in Marine Science.
Allura is a proud new member of our Uptown Charlotte office. Although our communications team wears many hats, you will most likely find her scheduling appointments, recording your most important documents, or as witness on your signings.
McIntyre Elder Law wants to introduce our Communications Specialist, Kim Pheffer. Kim Pheffer is a Hendersonville native and attended
the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. She is a graduate of the North Carolina Institute of Political Leadership and an alumna of Phi Mu Fraternity.
She comes to us with a background in management and enjoys her client-facing duties. In addition, she serves on the board of Big Brother/Big Sisters and is our firm’s Chamber of Commerce Ambassador. In her free time, Kim enjoys hanging out with her son, watching history documentaries, and genealogy. She has too many shoes.
McIntyre Elder Law would like to introduce Outbound Scheduler Bria Jefferies. Bria was born and raised in Yonkers NY and relocated
to the beautiful Queen City in 2021.
Bria attended Southern CT State University where she earned her BA in Organizational Communications.
She was also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. In her spare time, Bria enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her daughter Kelis, husband and family.

for welcoming clients in our office, answering inbound calls for the firm and directing them accordingly, recording legal documents, and scheduling appointments for all attorneys.
Jewanda lives in Forest City with her husband and three dogs. She truly has a love for helping people!
