Control what you can.  It helps keep stress at a manageable level. 

💥 But, what are the different levels of control you have?

Total control:  your mindset, your actions and your effort (focus on these!)

Some control:  your schedule, your home/work environment, anticipating daily challenges and people who support you.

No control: other people’s thoughts and actions, the weather and your genetic body shape (you can make the best of it).

With holiday season approaching, you can help keep your stress levels manageable by remembering to “control what you can.” 

💥 Two of the things you can control are 1) what and how much you eat and 2) your physical activity level.  

💥 Waiting until January will only build one skill you don't want, THE SKILL OF STOPPING YOUR FITNESS PROGRESS!



Why would you stop your progress for the next 45 days?  Nothing magical will be different in January.  Life will still be challenging in January (or even more). 

You can improve your health, starting today.  Improved health helps you do everything better.
