This came to my mind as I was just coaching someone today on the fact that we "get to" do the boring work - lol!
What I mean is the boring work is the thing you will need to do to next level, grow, and see lasting change.
There will always be foundational principles to all areas of our lives that move the needle.
It is usually the boring work.
As humans we are attracted to the next shiny object, so we tend to not stick to the thing that would give you want you desire and will last.
The boring work is the needle mover.
You can decide to do the boring
work and view it as "you get to," so that, you will create the fitness & health you desire and will last!
One little trick that fitness can do for you is make the boring work LESS boring.
At GAG, our community and training together is the secret sauce to doing the boring work, especially for those who don't prefer to work out.
When you look forward to seeing your fitness family friends and you are all playing along together, it definitely minimizes the "boring" work.
So, if you are struggling with working out, getting started, staying consistent, and etc, it might be time to consider joining a amazing group (like ours) and make the boring work actually something you enJOY and a long-lasting lifestyle.
Do the boring work. Doing it with others, is definitely more fun:-)
