What always happens when we offer a quest/program/challenge people have many thoughts. I want to address some of them for you.
As I feel my job is to help you make a decision. Not live in maybe land. Maybe land keeps up frustrated, stuck, and overthinking.
Whether your answer Yes or No to the "5-Week Body Goals
Quest" my goal is get you to decide just that; yes, for me OR no, for me. Fair:-)
Here are 7 Reasons you might be on the fence:
Time Commitment: "I don’t have enough time." The challenge requires a certain amount of dedication, and it can be daunting if you have a busy schedule and aren't 100% able to commit to the number of weeks it
suggests.
Fear of Failure: "What if I am unable to keep up or fall behind?" The fear of not meeting personal expectations or comparing oneself to others can be intimidating and you just don't want another so called failure.
Cost Concerns: "Is the investment worth it?" Investing in a Body Goals Quest can feel like a big commitment
financially especially if you have done them before and didn't follow through.
Doubts About Results: "Will I really see changes?" Sometimes past experiences or skepticism can lead to doubts about the effectiveness of new programs. You feel like you have tired them all before already.
Lack of Support: "I don’t have support at
home." Without encouragement from family or friends, stepping into a challenge might feel more difficult.
Discomfort with Group Activities: "I'm not comfortable in group settings." The idea of working out or sharing progress in a group can be a barrier. You think everyone will be looking at you.
Content Overwhelm: "The program seems too
complicated." The amount of information and new habits involved in the challenge can seem overwhelming. Going back to commitment and failure out of the gate.
While these concerns are valid, here are a few reasons that might help shift your mindset to a "yes."

- Your Health is your Wealth: I think we really get this as we age. The enrollment is an investment of your future life ahead and the cost can be more serious if you don't do something about it now.

Discomfort with Group Activities:
- At Your Own Pace: Participate in group activities as much or as little as you're comfortable with. There’s always an option to engage at a level that feels right for you.

convenience.
Content Overwhelm:
- Step-by-Step Guidance: Our program is broken down into simple, easy-to-follow steps to prevent feeling overwhelmed. We are here for you at any stuck point. So no worries.
