I know another email about the 5-Week Quest starting this Monday.
I know you don't open every single email I provide.
I do NOT want you to miss the opportunity to get motivated, get momentum, follow a doable and effective plan, and dial in your focus on YOU!
We
have a lot of pretty busy fitness family members and they too find it hard to get to their sessions each and every week. Some don't always. It's true.
But, I want to make a point here.
I have talked A LOT about this lately.
You don't have to be perfect. You have to be consistent.
What you do MORE consistent will result in your outcome.
So, if you workout 1 day in 30 days, you won't build strength.
If you workout 10 times in 30 days, you will definitely start to build strength.
Doing something you desire more often
(consistently) will lead you closer to your desires.
This QUEST starting Monday, is going to build week-by-week on each other.
I will be laser focused keeping you consistent showing up and getting unstuck FAST!
Working your consistency muscles! Helping you work on your body goals, whatever that is
for you!
It is Quarter 2 on 2024. Are you where you want to be?
