I get this question A LOT!
As you my know, I don't believe in a macro nutrient to be removed from your diet.
Even from a health place, it isn't sustainable either. Plus, you need fiber
and a lot of fiber comes from your vegetables & fruit and they are carbs.
Here are TWO really Easy Ways to Eat your Carbs:
Around your Training Sessions:
If you workout in the AM, eat them the night before. If you work out after work or later in the day before dinner, eat them for lunch. Having them after
your training is the other time:-)
Not Alone:
Eating them with some protein, fiber, or healthy fat is a great way to slow digestion and keep the spike and drop of glucose in the blood and body.
