Combine Kiln Carving and Molds

I am a big believer in combining steps to shorten the glass making process.

One way to do this is to use the kiln carving technique right on your mold.

The tutorial shows how to use this technique on bottle molds, but it works just the same on flat glass molds.

I'm working on a list of label removal tips, if you have a favorite tip to share, reply to this message and let me know, I'll post the complete list.

We've been enjoying amazing fall weather here in Utah this week, I hope the weather is nice enough to sit outside where ever you are too!
