How you start your day

The change in seasons often brings a change in our mood,
which can make starting your day feeling positive takes a little more effort 


The darker mornings are the perfect time to start a simple meditation practice to connect with your inner warrior woman and ward off those winter blues

I’ll be teaching a series of 20 minute morning meditation sessions live on zoom over the coming 4 weeks and I would love for you to join me 

Don’t worry if you’ve never done meditation before, it’s a practice that you get to build on each time you do it 

You don't need any experience or special equipment other than a mat (but don't worry if you don't have one)  

All you really need is being open to create space in your mind,
reconnect with your body and apply some self care before you start your day
