Hey lovely,
How are you feeling moving into the depths of winter?
Getting up when it's dark can make your day feel much longer
And darker, colder, wetter nights just makes us want to hibernate right?
I am so grateful for the classes that I teach online especially during the winter period
I know that my
clients also appreciate not having to travel to a class
and can just login to join me in my live yoga sessions direct from their homes
I remember when I first started 'attending' yoga online in lockdown
It felt a bit weird at first,
No one liked seeing themselves on the screen including me
but here we are 3 years later more confident and comfortable in who we are
That's been one of the huge benefits for myself and my clients that
we've taken from our practice....
When you step onto your mat without self judgement your confidence grows
When you let go of the story that you can't do it you will see that you ARE good enough
When you stop seeking perfection you gain a sense of freedom and love for your
body
Yoga isn't just about the movement which we call asanas, it's bigger than that
It's about self development, self care, self love and finding the real you
It's about leaning into the discomfort of starting something new and realising we all start somewhere which means we can only improve with practice
It's about taking time for you, accepting who you are and giving yourself a break
It's about letting go of crazy ass thoughts that stop you from doing what you want
So why not come join me on the mat next week and experience it for yourself?
Who knows you might love it as much as I do my friend
Next weeks yoga class timetable looks like this

Wednesday 15th - Breathe, Meditate and Move 6.15 - 7pm
