It seems like this winter bug thing is hitting a lot of people at the minute
I've had it and it really did take the wind out of my sails for a few days, so I've tailored my yoga practice around a healing and nurturing space to restore energy levels
That's the beautiful thing about yoga, you take what your
body and mind needs from it
This morning I jumped on a live online class with the queen of yoga, Jayne Nicholls
She is a trained dancer and it shows as she moves so gracefully around the mat
I however am not dance trained, I have two left feet and don't have much rhythm at all but I like to move my body and I love music so Yoga Flow is the perfect fit for me (and maybe you?)
There's no need to look a certain way in yoga, be flexible or have any sort of rhythm
At least not in my inclusive yoga classes that are open to complete beginners to those who practice every now and again to those who practice regularly....
When we step on the mat it's practice that allows you to gain confidence in YOU!
That's the first stepping stone to improving in anything, to start, to practice, to gain confidence and to keep going so you build your confidence
The great thing about attending online classes is that you can jump on your mat in the comfort of your own home,
book in advance or dive in last minute like I did this morning

I teach yoga classes 2 - 3 times a week plus have some available for catchup
Normally Tuesday & Thursday 6.15 - 7pm, then Saturday morning 8.30 - 9.30am
