When I started teaching classes back in....
Well way too many year to even count now
Â
I would often worry about what people would think of my
classes, how I looked and even how I spoke with my Scottish accent which is bloody ridiculous, don't you think?
Â
The other thing that I wasted way too much energy on was letting people down...
Â
I remember when I was thinking about setting up my women's outdoor boot camp
How worried I was about giving up teaching my community classes where over the
years I'd built up a tribe of fabulous women but in order for me to move forward I had to leaveÂ
Â
Turns out it was one of the best decisions I'd made as a new tribe of fabulous women came together, some of whom have become great friends over the years, who still train together and socialise with each other even though the 'Booty Boss' isn't there ;-)
Â
Now here I am living
in Spain bringing together women in the yoga and wellness space
Â
Which brings me to the point of my message today my friend
Â
I had intended on teaching my 5 Days Of Self Care Monday to Friday next week,Â
but I've only a few booked on so I've changed the start date to Monday 25th March
Â
A
decision that in the past I would have worried about letting people down even though it's the right thing to do for mySELF....
Something we get to work on in the 5 days of self care, YOUR SELF!!!
Â
5 DAYS with 30 minutes self care to start your day
5 DAYS to energise your body with gentle movement in the morning
5 DAYS to
make your focus all about YOU!
Â
It's a great way to start your day off first thing with a bite sized self care practiceÂ
Â
Here's a breakdown of 5 days of Self Care 6.15 -
6.45am ONLINE via zoom
Day 1 Monday - Breathwork and Meditation Â
Day 2 Tuesday - Freedom FlowÂ
Day 3 Wednesday - Restore, Relax and Release
Day 4 Thursday - Slow Stretch and Awakening

P.S. I am in the process of rebranding so that my yoga appeals to more women like me
A lot of women feel intimidated by a 'traditional' yoga class and worry they won't fit in
I'd love to know what you think of the banner below, what does it say to YOU?
