emotional rollercoaster where you find yourself snapping at the slightest thing
Yoga practice can really aid you to get a good night's sleep as it helps you wind down
This week I'm teaching 3 classes online via zoom that would be a great way for you to dip your toe in to the practice and see for yourself how great it can make you feel
Tuesday is Energising Yoga Flow 6.15 - 7pm
Thursday is Deep Stretch Yoga 6.15 - 7pm
and Saturday is a Dynamic Yoga Flow 8.30 - 9.30am
ALL of which are suitable for those new to yoga or for those with some yoga practice
