This is a combination of slow stretches and movement where we warm up the body (Yang) by stimulating blood flow in the
heart before entering Yin
Â
Yin is the polar end of the movement, stretching the fascia, a dense and energetically sensitive type of tissue that weaves through all the joints and muscles of the body. Â
Â
All in all a lovely session to round off a busy Monday and perfect for those new to yoga
Â
Bring all the props you need to class (a few pillows, a blanket, cushion or bolster)Â
