I just love to try new things,Â
so when my friend suggested we try the new tappanyaki restaurant I was excited

The menu had so much choice with dishes I'd never even heard of so we went with the waitresses recommendations which all looked amazing when it arrived at our table
Everything was utterly delicious, with lovely fresh flavours but we couldn't eat it all...

I had some sort of reaction to something I ate and felt rather poorly the next
morning with really bad stomach pains which meant I missed my usual yoga class ;-(

Anyway, I've decided to add an extra class to next weeks timetable to make up for it. YAY!
