I wanted to share something with you today my friend
I got asked this the other day "
What does yoga do for you?"

‘To
be honest it’s a difficult one to answer’ I said
While we can explain the benefits of the physical side of yoga there are numerous benefits from practicing yoga in
other ways which often people aren’t really open to which can be a sticking point in getting started on your yoga journey

Yoga can be so much
more than just showing up to do a class for an hour, it can take us to a much deeper level

My personal practice has evolved into something
that I wasn’t ready for a few years back but the more I teach and be taught the more I want to explore it
Sometimes I’m working my way around my mat, trying to get upside down
falling over and laughing at myself (because laughter is good for the soul)
Other times I’m in complete stillness taking in the now
and just sitting to let go of ‘stuff’ that’s caught up with me
Take from yoga what you need
Give yourself what you can
But most of all enjoy the practice that’s always evolving and never ends
If you’d like to know more about my online yoga classes, why drop in on tonight's class which is a lovely stretch and relaxation session for you you experience as a new starter
Hope to see you on the mat for a 6.15pm start
