On the move again

Just a quick one to let you know the classes I'm teaching next week from my new
abode, as we officially move into our new house in 2 days time EEK!
 
I can't actually believe we've been here in Spain for nearly 6 months already....
So onwards we move to new beginnings and a brand new month!!!
 
Tuesday night is Yin Yoga 6.15 - 7pm provided I can tether from my mobile as we don't have
broadband until Thursday so please keep your fingers crossed for us my friend 
 
Thursday 6.15 - 7pm is a lovely Freedom Flow taking us out of our head and into our bodies. This session will help us lean into our creative side to really let go
 
And of course on Saturday we have Dynamic Yoga Flow 8.30 - 9.30am,
the perfect class to kickstart your weekend with positive energy
 
Also please note I am running a 4 week Rise and Shine Yoga program starting Tuesday 7th May 6.15 - 7am to set your intention for the day ahead. This is not part of the VIP monthly membership but is just £27 to join on early bird, see sign up link below
