Â
I don't know about you but I love to have a bit of a nosy into peoples lives
Â
You know you do it to when you're out for a walk, taking a peek through the windows to see how other people live and what their houses are like or is it just me?
Â
We have moved into our new place and I've had a lot of folk what it's like, not just the house itself but what it's like to actually be living in SpainÂ
Â
First up....It can be frustrating as everything here is 'Manana' which literally means laterÂ
Which makes getting work done on the property hit and miss as they just don't show up
Â
It's 8.25am here right now and Spanish Jeff was supposed to be here at 7.30, but no sign of him as yet! He was half a day late yesterday and when he did show he didn't have the correct tools  😂 But you
gotta take this stuff with a pinch of salt really
Â
The other thing that get's you is the dust! It's relentless!Â
You can literally dust the room one minute and there's a layer of sandy dust the next
Â
As a self confessed clean freak that's something I need to let go of otherwise I'd drive myself insane trying to keep the place
clean 24/7 especially at the minute with builders in and out with their mucky mitts 🫣Â
Â
The upside is obviously the gorgeous weather, the fabulous food, great wines and being closer to my sister. She's also just bought a house just a few streets away from us
Â
My place is typically Spanish on the outside but has been renovated to give a modern feel inside,
which I really like - You can take a look inside -->>

Feel free to leave a comment or ask me any questions on the post
Â
Oh look Spanish Jeff has turned up, time for me to go for a walk as it's going to be
noisy
