This morning I taught a masterclass in sun salutations live on zoom
It's a great way to notice how you move your body, where you feel stuck and what's holding you back which will then allow you to go deeper into your practice moving forward
It was hard work for both the mind and the body, and were absolutely sweating
A lot of women poo poo yoga for being a little slow....
There's nothing wrong with slowing down which is my usual style of class on a Tuesday night where we take in gentle stretch, relax in restorative postures and chill the hell out
I also teach a more intense yoga on Saturday like this morning's masterclass
Moving your body through sun salutations while working with the breath can
increase your strength, improve your mobility and give you that more toned physique you're after
