If you are expecting me to say something about the conflict in Ukraine you should probably look elsewhere. I'm just not an expert in that area regardless of how important that truth may be right now.

So I'm continuing the normal type of updates and one of them was an event in Portland this past Friday called "Unite For Freedom" which you can see right here.

After years of following Del Bigtree and his show The Highwire it was great to meet him at this event.

So Del was there with an inspirational speech along with Thomas Renz, Kevin Jenkins, Amy Bohn, our local Naturopathic doctor hero Dr Henry Ealy and a few others.
