That is the title of one of my most recent posts but there's something else that you should know about first...

Last week I had one piece of feedback from someone that wished I would focus on more positive things and solutions.

I've taken that to heart and created a new category on the site for "Solutions" and am committed to posting there regularly but must also clarify that many of the solutions I work with don't have the scientific validation which is required to call them a "solution".

That being said I've already gone back through some previous posts and put them in this category. Please just don't expect me to start making posts about frequencies which stop covid or anything like that regardless of what I may believe to be helpful.

Also, I'm not going to stop posting health and medical related truth information regardless if it may seem grim at times.

Sorry, not sorry but this is the most important information we've had in our lifetimes and that's regardless of whether you are 18 years old or 88!
