Bath remodels offer one of the better returns on investment for a home. While remodeling costs vary, depending on whether the original footprint of the bathroom is maintained and whether plumbing and electrical lines need to be moved, most bathrooms these days are starting around 30k and up.

64% ROI:

Experts estimate that homeowners get approximately 64%  back ROI when they remodel a bathroom.

Remodel Better:

Whether your a contractor or a homeowner the bathroom remodel process is the same. The premise of this newsletter is to educate you on the planning process and to help guide you to develop a scope of work that is clear and concise.

Proper planning prevents unnecessary roadblocks and helps you realize your vision by defining your bathroom space.

There is nothing better on the job-site to get fast stock removal and a smooth finish than a power planer, especially for edge material and planning a door!  A power planer is a time and money saver.

Rob recently took a look a the Bosch PL1632 3-1/4 In. Planer.   The PL1632 has a 6.5 AMP motor with poly micro-V drive belt drive that spins at 16,500 RPMs. Drive-belt performance and durability is achieved by using a poly micro-V drive belt design.
