We attended the World of Concrete show again this year [see highlights] to see all of the new innovations and products in the concrete and
masonry industry. This included equipment, product, and tool manufacturers. One of the tool manufacturers with the biggest presence is Hilti.

The DEWALT 10 Inch Job Site Table Saw DWE7491RS is the Cadillac of job-site saws, with new and improved safety features at an affordable price. If you are in the market for a serious job-site saw this one is worth a look.
This year’s World of Concrete show was the largest in 7 years. For Hilti that meant needing 2 booths to house all of their tools. The outside booth had all of the big, loud demonstration stations for the power tools while all of their precision tools (laser tools) were at the indoor booth.

We're always excited when tools companies show initiative with NEW innovation!
There is a new product called the Zenith Trim Puller. Made by Zenith company, the Trim Puller is designed specifically for repair or remodel projects where you aren’t destroying but rather reusing your trim, baseboard, cabinets, flooring and other materials.
The wife and I are expecting our first born in a few months so I’ve been working full throttle on all sorts of projects around the house. Shelving to organize the garage, an air station for my compressor and tools, and tearing up a subfloor to insulate in preparation for tile. All of these projects required heavy use of my drill/driver and impact driver.
One of the biggest headaches in our adult life is how to stay organized. Closets are great places to keep stuff out of sight, but also a place that collects clutter and quickly becomes unorganized. Who hasn’t tucked something away in their closet only to find themselves scratching their heads later saying, where did I put that? GUILTY!
When you consider that 15,000 fires start in the laundry room every year and that these fires are mostly due to lint build up in the clothes dryer or a clogged dryer duct it makes you wonder why we don’t do something about it. Annual dryer duct cleaning will ensure you avoid these possible issues. When you further
consider that these fires result in 10 deaths and 310 injuries per year I just shake my head. Can you imaging if this happened to your family? Your children?
Instead of fretting, do something . . . clean your dryer ducts!
