DAP DYNAGRIP Adhesives

Hi Guys,

Today we've got a special sponsored email from our friends at DAP. Whether you're a builder, remodeler, or home improvement wizard we all have projects that can and should benefit from quality construction adhesives. Material science continues to make great advancements for building materials which ultimately results in longer lasting, better performing, and faster construction.

We've been working with some new products from DAP that we think have certainly met our expectations for quality products. We've tested them on our own projects and want to share our experience with them. Take a quick read and find out how these products can help you as well.

DynaGrip Wood-Panel-Trim Adhesive

Finish carpentry requires a delicate hand and small gauge fasteners in order to preserve a finished look when we're done building. Adhesives (wood glue) have been used for much longer than I've been alive to help secure joints in wood working. However, wood glue isn't the optimal application for larger sheet goods, and adhering trim to substrates. Today with the use of panel adhesives we're able to reduce the number of fasteners and improve the bonding of finish trim materials. DYNAGRIP Wood-Panel Trim Adhesive is one of the products.

We used it on a recent project and really liked the results. Click the link below to learn more.

DYNAGRIP Advanced Subfloor Adhesive

Today's engineered floor systems provide longer, stronger spans with joists that don't twist and creak like older traditional framing. In order to maximize the benefits and further reduce the likelihood of floor squeaks, a quality sub-floor adhesive is essential.

We recently tested the new DAP DYNAGRIP Advanced Sub-Floor Adhesive on a new house build with very good results. This advanced formula allows for easy gun application even in cold weather (down to 0 deg F), allows use in wet weather, and cures quickly.

Read on to find out how it performed on a custom home build recently.
