Who Wants To Win Some Tools?!
Hey Guys,
A belated newsletter this
week, we're running a Black Friday giveaway that started yesterday and wanted to make sure everyone has a chance to enter. It's for a limited edition set from RIDGID. With a blacked out color scheme and orange accents, the set is stunning visually. It's all brushless tools, so it's performance matches it's style. The link for the giveaway is the first article below.
Next week is Thanksgiving already. It may be a short week for most so get out there and crush it
while you can!

Black Friday Tool Giveaway
As we mentioned above this set is as capable as it is stunning. A big thanks goes out to our friends at RIDGID Power Tool for sponsoring this giveaway. These kits have been flying off the shelves at Home Depot already but here's your chance to skip the crowds and have it shipped to your door.
Be sure you follow the directions on the giveaway to a "T" and use the hashtag #tbbblackfriday on
social media for additional entry. Good Luck!
If you've been reading here for any length of time, you know that we're big on training the next generation of tradespersons (tradespeople?). At one point or another someone invested time and money into each one of us to help shape us into the contractors we are today.
Just recently we attended the STAFDA trade show. While we were there we got to talking with one of the tool companies and
they mentioned they had some pallets of working tools that they couldn't sell. Repaired tools that couldn't be sold as new or reconditioned. We had a thought, why not donate these to a local trade school so that they can have current, working tools to learn the craft with? We're still working out the details but just wanted to share this story just as a reminder to keep your eyes and ears open for opportunities to help the next generation.
Battery powered OPE has been coming in like a lion over the last year. It offers an alternative to gas powered equipment without having to maintain an internal combustion engine. STIHL also threw its hat in the ring and developed 3 different tiers of battery powered equipment depending on the amount of work needing to be done. In their middle and upper tier they offer a total of 4 chainsaws. We tested 3 of
them. Read on for our thoughts on these models.
