Hey Guys,

Last week we were talking about all the technology that's been creeping into tools the last few years. Every company goes about improving their tools in the way they think will be best for their users. The funny thing is that they all go about it a bit differently. This can make it hard to figure out which tool will be the best for your needs. You can visit each manufacturers websites and try and compare all the specs but that doesn't tell you how they operate in real job site scenarios.

So how do you make heads or tails out of it and come to a decision? Here at Tool Box Buzz we try really hard with our Head-to-Head articles to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision. Sometimes you just need to know that the tool from your preferred battery platform is up to the task but sometimes you may even buy into a new platform because a tool is so good.

We also strive really hard to cover the gambit of the most used tools. There are a lot of tools to test though so sometimes new models come out after the article and were not included in the thorough testing. If you're researching some tools and you don't see them included in a Head-to-Head, feel free to reach out to us in a message on Facebook or Instagram. We're happy to help.

Also, don't forget, we're giving away 3 Milwaukee M12 Staplers on 2/16. The giveaway is linked below.

Keep Snow Build Up Away from Venting Systems
Image
We're now into February and for some the end of winter is in sight. Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow this week forecasting 6 more weeks of winter. I don't really put a lot of stock into rodent weather forecasters but around here, the snow has really been piling up lately with no melting in the near future.

Just this last week the local news was interviewing a family where the snow had blocked up their furnace vent and was venting into the house instead. Thankfully their CO detector went off and everyone was fine. If you're in an area where the snow is still getting deeper, check out our solution for keeping venting clear. And while you're at it, change the batteries in your carbon monoxide detector too.
