If you practice mindfulness, you've likely noticed some positive impacts. Maybe you feel more calm, focused, connected, or aware. For me, I'm much calmer and patient in situations that used to stress me
out!
It may be more difficult on busy days to set aside time for a formal meditation, but you can look for moments throughout the day to connect with the breath, relax, and be
mindful.
