I hope you are well!
When world affairs, the political climate, and stress weigh heavily on us, it can be difficult to connect with gratitude.
Sometimes we get so focused on what's going wrong, that we forget to appreciate all that's going right in our lives.
When we make time to practice gratitude, it helps us let go of toxic emotions, like envy and resentment. Gratitude also has some scientifically proven benefits, including improving
relationships with ourselves and others, easing depression, and finding more patience. It's a boon to our overall attitude and well-being!
