Often times when people think about mindfulness, they think of someone sitting on a cushion in a clean empty room in some serene
posture.
But mindfulness just means awareness and we can also take it on-the-go!
Today I recommend you play with bringing mindfulness into your daily
walking. If you're unable to walk, please take it into whatever movements fits your ability.
In this week's blog, I share a walking meditation exercise to help you bring mindfulness on-the-go.
