Stop the Glorification of Busy and Live a Joyful Life

I hope you're well.

Have you noticed how being busy is often equated with success? While being highly productive is supposed to make us feel good, it can come at a great cost to our well-being.

Today I'm going to ask you to play with an experiment:

Consider how you might glorify being busy and give yourself permission to be happy

Imagine how life would feel if we slowed down to celebrate our happy moments, and extended the same good will to others.
