The holiday season is starting - happy almost-Thanksgiving to all Americans here.
At this time, many of us have plans to travel and visit loved ones between now and the new year. While we may be excited to see family and friends, many of us experience stress and anxiety about traveling, be it by car, plane, train or bus.
This week I'd like to share a simple practice to help you reduce the stress by slowing down and being present when traveling, all while being an Ambassador of Compassion.
