Q: Do I need to track calories?
A: No, tracking calories is not required. I found a way to do this without having to count calories. It's the
combination of foods that's going to make a difference over the challenge anyway. You'll receive a personalized plan on what foods to combine in the right amounts without counting calories. My clients prefer this method over counting every calorie. I'll also provide support in making suggestions as needed.
Q: What if I don't have access to a gym?
A: No worries, the workouts are designed to be doable from anywhere including beginner options and no-equipment versions. All you need is... well, you.
Q: What if I can't do every workout?
A: Look, you can train 0 days and still see results. But I
strategically paired the nutrition with a training plan to accelerate results. Simply walking a few times a week is better than nothing and will yield great results. The nutrition will be the biggest needle mover.
Q: I have a trip coming up in the middle of the challenge, can I still participate?
A: As I always say, if we want to keep our results FOR LIFE, then we need to commit during real life situations. Not only can you still see progress but you also keep access to everything in the challenge. So it's perfectly acceptable to join and then start when you're ready.
Q: How long are the workouts?
A: They've been taking me and my clients around 30 minutes.
Q: What if I have an injury?
A: We often think about this backwards. When you're injured or recovering, it's even more important to prioritize quality nutrition and habits.
Q: How much coaching is involved?
A: I'll personally be providing weekly check-ins (via email) from my coaching inbox (I don't outsource this). And you can reach me at any time during the challenge to get the support & adjustments you need. Just to be clear - it will be me, and not another coach :). I also provide during this special launch:
