First, let's do some
math.
As you know, 3,500 calories is one pound of fat.
So if you ate 374 less calories per day, you'd lose 1lb of fat roughly every 9.4 days.
However, if you ate 500 less cals/day, you'd lose
1lb of fat every week.
Now it's time to be real...
Cravings.
Typically, they come out of nowhere, but sometimes they show up (as expected) after a stressful day of work or going
to kids sporting activities, etc., etc.
We can have the perfect day... even get in some exercise and choose healthy proteins, veggies, and fruits the rest of the day, but then the weight of the day hits you...
Sweets. Bread. Chips. You name it. They get the best of us, right?
Then the "I'll get back on track tomorrow" mantra continues.
I dare say 364 calories worth of these cravings is just scratching the surface, too. It's probably more like 600 - 800 calories worth of "stress-relieving" cravings consumed in just minutes.
What if you no longer craved this stuff, though?
What would that do for you?
I mean - if you ate say, 800 calories less per day from cravings just 4 days a week, that would be nearly a pound of fat gone from your frame every 7
days.
That would be without changing anything else.
Pretty eye-opening...
So that's why I wanted to share this:
How to eat 374 calories less without dieting or exercise.
You'll see why it can help you with cravings and more.
