It seems almost impossible to lose the stubborn weight on your tummy, thighs, or upper
arms.
That’s because without optimizing this ONE thing, you’ll notice binges, cravings, and zero energy... all of which lead to unwanted weight gain.
So unless you have this one thing in place, you'll struggle to lose weight.
Even if you follow an extreme diet, or workout 6 days a week.
I call it Leptin Optimization.
Here’s how it works…
Your metabolism is what determines whether
you lose weight or gain it.
Think of it as the WIFI signal from your body to your fat stores.
With a poor signal, you’re not going to lose fat.
With a speedy and well-functioning WIFI signal, you’ll be able
to lose inches with ease.
Leptin optimization simply refers to creating the proper signals to drop fat efficiently.
Dieting too extremely for too long disrupts the signal.
Doing the wrong type of exercise
disrupts the signal.
This is why I recently installed a "priming" phase for all my new clients that work with me 1-on-1 as long as it's a good fit such as:
- Wanting to see instant results for motivation to transition to a long-term plan
- Stuck on a plateau
- In a rut with their health and need a jumpstart
Because trying to improve your body composition without it is like trying to host a zoom meeting with poor WIFI.
Not only does it impact your own results, but the people around you get frustrated as well. You can't pour into
others from an empty cup.
