I created a
"cravings cheat sheet" I collaborated with a dietician on.
I mean who doesn't deal with cravings, right?
Anyway, as we put it together, I was surprised at the "root" of these cravings...
For example -
let's say you crave sweets.
It's not the "sweets" you're NEEDING. What your body might be telling you is you need chromium.
